Dinner
- Barbecued 6 oz. chicken breast
- Barbecued pork baby back ribs (3-4 ribs per guest)
- (Both ribs & chicken are marinated 24 hours in our own sauces)
- Short skewers of red baby potatoes, rubbed w/ oil
- Bread bar featuring a broad selection of rolls, buns, breads
- Potato salad
- Tossed salad using Romaine rather than ice berg lettuce
- 3 dressings
- Creamy coleslaw w/ pineapple bits
- Coffee, including decaf, herbal tea

- Strawberries - both sliced & whole, sprinkled with sugar for juice, & covered with freshly whipped cream & sliced toasted almonds; served over freshly baked short cake

Price includes all gratuities & taxes & such decoration as western costumed servers, check table covers, and additional western artifacts.
Special Events Catering can also recommend a barn wedding venue, to complete the Western theme.
